1.1. This document constitutes an official offer (public offer) of Individual Entrepreneur Denys Stolbikov (hereinafter "the Contractor") addressed to any individual or legal entity (hereinafter "the Client") to conclude a Service Agreement under the terms set forth below.
1.2. Payment for the Contractor's services by any method constitutes full and unconditional acceptance (in accordance with Article 642 of the Civil Code of Ukraine) of the terms of this Agreement by the Client.
1.3. Services are provided via the website: apexlead.cloud.
2.1. The Contractor undertakes to provide the Client with services in the field of digital marketing and automation, namely:
2.2. The Client undertakes to accept and timely pay for the services in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
3.1. The cost of services is determined individually or according to the rates indicated on the website or in an agreed Invoice.
3.2. Payment is made in non-cash form via payment systems (including LiqPay, etc.) or by transfer to the Contractor's bank account.
3.3. Services are provided only after receipt of 100% prepayment unless otherwise agreed by the parties in writing.
3.4. The service delivery period ranges from 3 to 7 business days from the moment the Contractor receives all necessary materials from the Client.
4.1. The Contractor undertakes to provide services properly and within the agreed timeframe.
4.2. The Contractor has the right to involve third parties to fulfill its obligations under this Agreement.
4.3. The Client undertakes to timely provide the Contractor with all materials and access necessary to perform the work.
5.1. The Client has the right to cancel the order and request a full refund before the actual commencement of work.
5.2. In case of cancellation during the performance of work, the refund shall be made minus the cost of work already performed.
5.3. Refunds are not provided for fully completed work that has been delivered to the Client (digital files, configured systems).
5.4. To initiate a refund, the Client must send a written request to the Contractor's email. Funds are returned within 3–14 banking days.
6.1. Upon full payment, all proprietary rights to the created materials are transferred to the Client.
6.2. The parties undertake not to disclose confidential information obtained during cooperation.
7.1. By making payment, the Client consents to the collection and processing of personal data (full name, phone number, email) solely for the purpose of fulfilling the terms of this Agreement in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection".
